LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police say a Lockport woman forged several checks, draining the checking account of an elderly woman. The missing money was discovered by the victim's son in law.
Police say 31-year-old Grace M. Incorvaia forged checks at a rapid rate, totaling $6,000. Incorvaia was charged with third-degree grand larceny and second-degree forgery.
She was arraigned in Town of Hartland Court and was taken to Niagara County Jail.
