ARCADE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo woman is facing charges, after allegedly letting a 15 year old drive her from the Town of Arcade to the Franklinville area.

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office said 21-year-old Michelle Comstock was arrested after an investigation into a domestic disturbance at a campground in the Town of Arcade. The sheriff’s office says they found Comstock highly intoxicated. Allegedly Comstock allowed a 15-year-old unlicensed relative drive her to the Franklinville area.

Comstock was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child. Comstock was arraigned in Arcade Town Court and committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $250 cash bail.
