SILVER CREEK, N.Y. (WIVB) - A southern tier woman was taken into custody after deputies say she tried to interfere during the arrest of two others.
Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies were assisting Silver Creek Police on Monday around 2 in the morning to arrest two people for an unspecified incident. During that time, deputies say 46-year-old Kim Perry tried to stop officers from arresting the pair. And though deputies say they warned Perry to leave the area multiple times, she apparently would not and was arrested after a brief struggle.
Perry is charged with obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest and is due back in court at a later date.
