FALCONER, N.Y. (WIVB) - A minor traffic offense led State Police to arrest a woman for an out-of-state warrant.

Lisa Craker, 22, of Jamestown was pulled over on Route 394 in Falconer for a traffic offense on Sunday. Troopers say she had a bag of marijuana on her, was driving without a license, and she was wanted by Junction City Police in Kansas for felony narcotics possession.

She was arraigned and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
