COLLINS, N.Y. (WIVB) - Troopers made an arrest at Collins Correctional Facility Sunday. State Police say 36-year-old Julie Westermeier, of Attica, was visiting an inmate when officers discovered contraband.

Westermeier was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, first-degree promoting prison contraband.
