ALLEGANY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Salamanca woman suspected of several thefts at the Walmart in Allegany was arrested after State Police say she returned to the scene of the crimes.
When store personnel saw Misty Luce, a woman suspected of several larcenies, in their store on Sunday, they called police. Troopers responded and located Luce, who had driven away from the store. She was pulled over and taken into custody.
Luce is charged with three counts of third degree burglary, three counts of possession of a hypodermic instrument, second degree criminal contempt, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and several vehicle and traffic law violations.
After being arraigned, Luce was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $10,000 bail.
