BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - An East Amherst woman is being arraigned Tuesday morning, for allegedly fatally striking someone with a vehicle in July.
Twenty-six-year-old Laura Galluzzo is accused of driving while her ability was impaired by drugs, when the vehicle she was driving allegedly struck 49-year-old Christopher Cevear, at the foot of Ontario Street.
Galluzzo is charged with second-degree manslaughter and driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of drugs.
If convicted, Galluzzo can face a maximum prison sentence of two years and four months to seven years behind bars.
