WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A southern tier woman was arrested Tuesday and charged with 16 counts of petit larceny.

State Police say 21-year-old Brooke Jackson of Andover used a debit card that was not her own several times. She will appear in Town of Wellsville Court this week to answer the charges.
