Woman fails to stop at light & gets DWI

DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Deputies arrested 21-year-old Megan Stroud Sunday morning just after 3:00 a.m.after she failed to stop at a red light in the Town of Dunkirk.
Stroud was driving at the intersection of Vineyard Dr. and Route 60 when deputies observed her vehicle fail to stop at the light.
When she was stopped, further investigation led to her arrest for Driving While Intoxicated.
Stroud is charged with DWI per se .08%bac or higher, Fail to stop at red light, and Uninspected motor vehicle.
She was issued traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Dunkirk Town Court at a later date.
