WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A woman awaiting sentencing on federal charges of possession with intent to distribute cocaine has been re-arrested after police found prescription pills hidden in her home.
Following a three-month investigation and execution of a search warrant on Dwyer Street, West Seneca Police arrested Caroline Stuchal, 39, charging her with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Authorities say they found 71 Hydrocodone pills secreted under a bedroom dresser inside her home.
Caroline and her husband, Vincent Stuchal, were indicted on federal drug charges for possession with intent to distribute cocaine back in June 2011. Vincent pleaded guilty in August 2012 and is currently serving out his sentence.
Caroline pleaded guilty a month later and was still awaiting sentencing at the time of her arrest on Thursday. She is currently being held without bail pending arraignment.
