CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Lancaster woman was taken into custody Sunday morning just before 3 a.m. when she was found to be intoxicated while driving.
Sheriff's responded to the scene on Main Street in Clarence and found 32-year-old Jennifer Murphy who had struck a fire hydrant and business signs.
She was taken into custody to the Erie County Sheriff's Clarence Substation where she provided a chemical breath test.
Her results showedr BAC to be .12%. Murphy was released on uniform traffic tickets.
