NORTH COLLINS, N.Y. (WIVB) - New York State Troopers have arrested 43 year-old Deanna Waterman on felony DWI charges following a minor, one car accident on Rt. 62 in North Collins on Friday.
Police say Waterman slid off the snow covered road, striking a mailbox before landing in a ditch. According to police, Waterman failed a series of sobriety tests at the scene and was then arrested for felony DWI.
Waterman has a previous DWI conviction within the past ten years, making this DWI a felony.
Waterman was arraigned in Collins court and released on $1,000 bail.
