TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Tonawanda woman who was convicted of international parental kidnapping and lying on a passport application has been sentenced to a year and a half in prison.
Jacqueline Bontzolakes, 38, was convicted after a jury trial. Prosecutors say she took her two minor children out of the country without the knowledge or permission of their fathers. Bontzolakes also concealed the identity of the father of one of the children when applying for the child's passport.
