BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Call 4 action's Al Vaughters exposed her , and Monday, a contractor who left many western New Yorkers buried under snow learned her fate.

Terry Lynn Jarvis, 43, got five years probation, and will have to pay restitution, for "scheme to defraud," after she collected money from more than 100 customers and never showed up to plow their driveways.

State Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller said, "It is a criminal matter, and I share the community's outrage on what you did. Luckily you had a very mild winter. Can you imagine what would have happened to these people People in our community work hard, they pay high taxes, and then to be ripped off, you know it's all right if you have a problem with one or two customers, but on this massive scale, it's an outrage!"

She agreed to refund them $21,000 when she plead guilty in March.
