Woman who hit guardrail accused of DWI

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WIVB) - A woman was arrested in Monroe County after she sideswiped a guardrail while allegedly drunk behind the wheel with a 6-year-old child in the backseat.
Nancy Morris of Rochester was arrested Sunday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. Troopers say the 55-year-old had a BAC of .21 percent and was driving with a 6-year-old child in her car when she hit a guardrail on the Inner Loop near Water Street in Rochester.
Morris was chargd with felony DWI under Leandra's Law, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and numerous other violations of vehicle and traffic law.
She was taken to the Monroe County Jail.
