Drive to tear down the Skyway

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The drive to tear down the Skyway just kicked into a higher gear Thursday night.

The fight to tear down the Skyway has some eye opening numbers on its side. A new study from the Department of Transportation says the mammoth highway has cost taxpayers 175 million dollars to date.

Congressman Brian Higgins says that number will continue to grow until it's taken down.
