CLARENCE CENTER, N.Y. (WIVB) - There are now 12-legal settlements in connection with the fatal crash of Continental Flight 3407 in Clarence Center.

Lawyers for other families who have filed suit found out during a meeting in U.S. District Court on Wednesday. One of the litigants who settled is the family of the woman whose house was hit by the plane operated by Colgan Air. 30 more cases are still pending.

Another court meeting is set for July.
