AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) - He's accused of stalking young girls in his Amherst neighborhood, and Tuesday, News 4 will be there when 40-year-old Jody Belling makes his scheduled return to court.
Belling pleaded not guilty last month to child endangerment and harassment charges.
Investigators say he was taking pictures of young girls in their bathing suits in the Heritage Heights area.
