Class-action suit against nursing homes

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Claims of neglect and resident endangerment are now surfacing at several area nursing homes.

Overnight, News 4 learned of a class-action lawsuit filed by the local law firm Brown Chiari.

It's on behalf of residents at homes operated by Legacy Health Care.

The group operates numerous facilities including, Ridge View Manor, Williamsville Manor Nursing home and Sheridan Manor.
