AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) - Investigators are sifting for the cause of a fire in Amherst.
Firefighters responded to the scene on Hartford Road Friday afternoon. No one was home at the time. However, a dog died in the fire.
Damage to the home is estimated at $120,000.
