GOWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - There was a dramatic rescue Thursday night at Zoar Valley.

Check out the video just into our newsroom from Erie County's Air One helicopter. Rescuers tell News 4 that three men and one woman lost their way and became trapped in the gorge earlier Thursday night. They were able to call for help on their cell phones.

Firefighters from Collins Center were able to get the men out safely, but the woman somehow became trapped at the bottom of a cliff. Air One came to her rescue.

Capt. Kevin Caffery of Air One said, "We actually dropped down into the gorge and there was actually no place to land. So we just hovered over some rocks and just balanced on the rocks and we were able to pull her into the aircraft. So she was lucky to get out of there."

All four victims have been rescued. No one was hurt.
