BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Convicted wife killer Muzzammil Hassan will not be facing charges for allegedly harassing a guard.

Last week, convicted wife killer Muzzammil Hassan was sentenced 25 years to life for beheading his wife. After the sentencing, the harassment case was dismissed.

He had been due in court Monday on charges of harassing a guard at the Erie County Holding Center .

Hassan was supposed to answer to these charges last month, but refused to leave his cell.
