Rosa's releases statement on chapter 11

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - After growing speculation, Rosa's has issued a statement regarding their filing of chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Read the statement below:

Paul Rosa Inc. DBA Rosas Home Store has filed a chapter 11 case. This will allow Rosa’s to continue operating our business while we work diligently to implement our restructuring plan and reorganize various departments within our company.

During this time all Rosa’s store locations, warehouse and customer service department will remain open and continue to operate in a “business as usual” mode. Current sales orders will continue to be delivered as scheduled and all warranties (both manufactures and extended) will remain intact and valid. Our sales associates and customer service department will be happy to assist customers and will continue to strive to earn your business.
