Thruway murder suspect mentally ill

HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - A judge has ruled that a trucker arrested for killing a co-worker is not legally responsible for the act.

Psychiatrists told State Supreme Court Justice Russell Buscaglia that 47-year-old Rudy Arnette suffered a mental illness and was under paranoid delusions. An autopsy on 43-year-old Robert Hardy found he died from blunt force trauma to the head and stab wounds.
