Tonawanda residents safe to go outside

TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Town of Tonawanda Police say, residents are safe to go outside.
According to police, there are no evacuations that they know of.
Police confirm there is one injury, but cannot confirm if someone has been killed.
