Update expected on Flight 3407 suits

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - News 4 is expecting an update on dozens of lawsuits filed by family members who lost loved ones on Flight 3407.
Lawyers for many of the victims' families are appearing in federal court, Thursday afternoon.
Investigators have blamed pilot error for the crash that killed 50 people last year.
Families of at least five passengers have already reached out-of-court settlements.
