BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Friday morning, volunteers here in western New York are preparing to help hurricane victims.
Three people from the American Red Cross serving Erie and Niagara Counties are now traveling to Irene's predicted target areas. They'll be lending a helping hand with emergency response efforts.
