BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Erie County will pay up following the death of a Holding Center inmate.

The family of 54-year-old Marguerite Arrindell, says she didn't get her blood pressure medication while behind bars and then suffered a stroke. She later died.

The family sued Sheriff Tim Howard and the jail's medical staff. Both sides reached a settlement, and the county will pay $90,000 to her estate.
