BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Erie County has reached a tentative contract agreement with its largest labor union.
County Executive Mark Poloncarz says the terms are withheld until they're shared with the rank and file of the CSEA, which has more than 3,500 workers. They've been working without a contract since the start of 2007.
Poloncarz says he and the union feel the agreement "responsibly addresses budgetary constraints and the current economic climate facing Erie County."
