AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) - Your electric bill could take a dip this spring, but not for long.
The State Public Service Commission hosted a pair of hearings Thursday night on its rate deal with National Grid. The typical household bill is expected to drop about seven percent in April as surcharges expire.
But that will be followed by increases of two percent and three percent over the next two years.
