HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - If you're looking for a dog or cat to adopt, a trip to Hamburg this weekend will help you along.

The Fairgrounds Event Center is hosting a pet expo and super-adoption event. Maddie's Pet Rescue Project has pooches and felines ready for new homes, plus more than 100-vendors for people who have pets already.

The show continues Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can learn more about the event here.
