Hochul uncovers more info on Marine's death

WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - The investigation into the death of a Marine from Williamsville has taken a new turn.

Gunnery Sergeant Aaron Kenefick was killed during an ambush in Afghanistan in 2009. Congresswoman Kathy Hochul has been investigating reports that ineffective decisions by other officers led to his death.

On Friday, Hochul announced one of the officers will be severed from the military next month. Hochul also called on top military officials to reveal more about their investigation.
