BOSTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - An investigation is underway on a vehicle crash that left a 24-year-old man in serious condition.

The accident happened in the Town of Boston at 3a.m. on Feddick Road. The driver, 24-year-old Eric Suarez of Rochester lost control of his truck causing it to leave the road and strike a tree.

Mercy Flight transported Suarez to ECMC where he remains in serious condition.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation; charges are pending.
