AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) - A two-car crash in Amherst has left a Depew woman fighting for life.
Police say 55-year-old Michelle Kuhlmey was seriously injured when a pickup truck driven by 18-year-old John McCarthy of Rochester ran a red light at Harlem and Saratoga and slammed into her car.
Kuhlmey is in critical condition at ECMC. McCarthy is listed in stable condition.
Anyone who may have witnessed the accident is asked to call Amherst Police at 689-1311.
