Police name 11-year-old boy hit by car

WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police have released the name of a boy struck by a vehicle in West Seneca.

Authorities say 11-year-old Devin Miller of Cheektowaga was crossing Orchard Park Road on Sunday afternoon when a driver accidentally struck him. The boy is in critical condition with head injuries.

No charges have been filed against the driver.
