TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Tonawanda man will spend 10 years behind bars after being sentenced for having over 600 child pornography images and videos on his home computer.
Andrew Ortman, 40, was sentenced Friday on federal charges of distributing child pornography. Prosecutors say Ortman's home computer was seized in October 2011 after undercover agents were able to download eight child pornography videos off of it. Over 600 child pornography images and videos were found on the hard drive.
Ortman will have 20 years supervised release when he gets out of prison.
