Women learn football from UB players

AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) - Women are hitting the football field for a good cause at UB.
Shannon Quinn, wife of UB head coach Jeff Quinn, hosted the annual Women's Football 101. The event raises money for the breast cancer network of western New York. The women learned the basics of football from UB coaches and players.
Participant Diane Cox said, "The guys were great instructors on how to do it, on what foot to put forward."
The women were also treated to a tailgate party.
