ORLANDO, FLA (WIVB) - There is more trouble for "the happiest place on earth."
Police in Orlando say they've arrested a western New York man for allegedly groping young girls at a popular Disney water park.
The accusations are coming out of Disney's Typhoon Lagoon in Florida. Investigators say the suspect used the rolling waves to purposefully collide with young girls, pull their suits aside and grope them.
Jeff Williamson of the Orange County Sheriff's Department said, "The video shows him swimming towards someone, the wave happens and then the girl pops up trying to figure out who pulled their top down and molested them."
A Disney security employee says she saw the same person grab at least three young girls using the same method: sneak up, grope and swim away fast.
But investigators say it was not easy to positively identify the man because it was so busy.
Williamson said, "The Disney people are basically looking for a needle in a haystack, remember it's July 3rd, the place is packed."
Finally, security officers and Orange County Deputies hauled out of the water, 51-year old Robert Chester Double of Farmington, New York. They say a 15-year old girl identified Double as the man who molested her.
Disney spokeswoman Kim Prunty said, "This type of behavior is absolutely not tolerated on our property. It is now a law enforcement matter."
Double is charged with lewd and lascivious conduct and is being held on five thousand dollars bond.
