BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo firefighter had to be checked out for minor injuries after a fire on Buffalo's east side early Wednesday morning.
News 4 viewer John Logan sent a Report It! picture and video from the scene after flames erupted in a vacant home on Goembel Avenue around 1 a.m.
Firefighters had to leave the building at one point because of the intensity of the flames. Investigators are still looking into what caused the fire.
Damage is estimated to be approximately $35,000.
