BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The man convicted of selling fireworks that burned down several Buffalo homes last year has been arrested again for the same offense.
Buffalo fire marshals arrested Leon Sapp, Junior earlier Friday afternoon.
Six Buffalo families were left homeless.
A six-year-old boy and his 19-year-old uncle were burned when fireworks Sapp sold touched off a fire in an east side neighborhood.
Sapp was charged with both possession of fireworks and possession of marijuana.
