DARIEN, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office is reporting several arrests, after the WEDG Slipknot/ Slayer concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center, Wednesday night.
Police say 49-year-old David Staley, of Buffalo, was arrested for allegedly engaging in a fight while in the parking lot. He is charged with disorderly conduct.
Rochester resident, 27-year-old Steven Pavone, was also arrested for disorderly conduct, after allegedly being involved in a parking lot fight.
Police say 23-year-old Richard Lee, of Rochester, was arrested after allegedly climbing a light pole inside the concert venue. He was arrested for trespass.
Brockport resident 51-year-old Peter Torok is accused of driving drunk in the parking lot of the concert venue. Torok was arrested for DWI and Driving with more than .08 BAC.

The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office made seven arrests, after people were allegedly found in possession of marijuana. Police say 21-year-old Jacob Berg, of Bath, 30-year-old Leanne Maniscallo, of Angola, 31-year-old Timothy Schultz, of Angola, 40-year-old Michael Pilger, of Syracuse, 30-year-old Douglas Teed, of Montour Falls, 31-year-old Gregory Crites, of Lackawanna and 27-year-old Richaed Bieger, of Buffalo, are all due in court to face charges in mid August.
Ten underage drinking tickets were issued at the concert venue.
