Woman dead following one-car crash

ELBA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A woman is dead following a one-vehicle crash in Elba.
The Toyota Highlander crashed into a tree Friday evening on North Byron Road. Sixty-nine-year-old Vincentia Smith of Elba was taken by ambulance to UMMC where she was pronounced dead around 6 p.m.
RELATED | Last year on November 8, another woman was killed in the exact same spot on North Byron Road
Genesee County Sheriff investigators are handling the crash and have not yet determined a cause.
