BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Kaleida Health Foundation has elected two new members to its board of directors.
LuAnne Kingston, a senior vice president for HSBC Bank, and attorney David R. Pfalzgraf, Jr., were elected to three-year terms.
An employee of HSBC Bank for nearly 24 years, Kingston is a regional market executive responsible for leading 65 retail bank branches in Western New York with almost $7 billion in managed deposit, loan and investment balances, and 530 employees.
Kingston earned her MBA and bachelors degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Kingston is also a graduate of the Consumer Banker’s Association School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia and has completed the Leadership Buffalo program. She resides in East Aurora.
Pfalzgraf is a partner with Rupp, Baase, Pfalzgraf, Cunningham and Coppola, LLC. He is a graduate of the law school at the University of Buffalo where he was the editor-in-chief of the Buffalo Law Review, Champion of the Charles S. Desmond Moot Court Competition, and a member of the National Trial Team. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Miami University of Ohio, Pfalzgraf served as an officer in the United States Navy.
Pfalzgraf also serves on the board of directors of Ferguson Electric, Buffalo Renaissance Foundation and the University of Buffalo Law School Alumni Association. He currently resides in Buffalo with his wife Stephanie and his four children.
The Kaleida Health Foundation is a not-for-profit charitable organization supporting the Buffalo General Hospital, DeGraff Memorial Hospital, Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital, Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, and the Visiting Nursing Association of WNY.
The Foundation’s mission is to raise funds for new technology, continuing staff education, patient education, patient programs, research and a variety of community health care programs.
