FORT ERIE, ONT. (WIVB) - Fort Erie is losing 100 jobs with the closing of a call center run by Rogers Communications.

The Niagara Falls Review reports that  InfoCision, has been gradually laying off workers since January. The center will completely shut down by the end of March.

The news is devastating to a community which is still reeling from the closure of the Slots at Fort Erie Race track and jobs lost at wind turbine manufacturer DMI, Vertis Communications and drugmaker Patheon.
