CLARENCE CENTER, N.Y. (WIVB) - The families of Flight 3407 are about to confront the companies they're suing.
On Thursday, Robin Tolsma and Jennifer West, who lost their husbands in the crash, will meet with officials from Colgan, Continental and Bombardiere for their first round of mediation.
Tolsma and West are among the family members suing the companies for the crash that killed 50 people in Clarence Center last year.
