BATAVIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Owners of a Batavia store, at the center of a bath salts controversy, were busy cleaning out their business Wednesday night.
The 420 Emporium made headlines this summer after it was targeted by a mother claiming the business got her son hooked on the dangerous designer drug.
The store closed last month. The state has since banned the sale of bath salts and all synthetic drugs in New York.
