5 youths arrested in Cattaraugus County

RANDOLPH, N.Y. (WIVB) - At least five youths were arrested at the Randolph Children's home in Cattaraugus County late Sunday night.
Cattaraugus County sheriff's deputies and fire crews were called to the home after what they describe as a near riot.
Police said more charges could be filed. The names of the youths have not been released.
