Attorney:Statler worth negative million

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo's Statler Towers may be worthless.

The Buffalo News reports that local attorney Peter Wolfgang said the downtown landmark is now worth negative 12.1 million dollars.

Wolfgang calls the Statler a "100% vacant, decrepit building"

The city's tax rolls list the towers' value much higher, at three-point-five million dollars.
