DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) - According to reports, Dunkirk spent more than $1 million worth of HUD money on "questionable activities."
That money is supposed to help rebuild neighborhoods and assist low-income homeowners.
State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli made those discoveries public, with the release of a scathing audit Tuesday.
