Bartender in hot water over Facebook

FALCONER, N.Y. (WIVB) - A bartender from Chautauqua County stands accused tonight of trying to humiliate a customer's former girlfriend on Facebook.

Police say 22-year-old Lindsay Head of Falconer used a customer's cell phone without his permission to post a nude photo of his ex on his Facebook page. Police say it happened at a bar in Warren, Pennsylvania, where Head works.
